Richard Tipper
After graduating in Agricultural Science, Richard worked as an advisor to coffee growers in Mexico, followed by a doctoral study of farmers' responses to changing prices and further research on the use of climate finance to support agroforestry. Richard was nominated as an expert author on the IPCC’s Special Report on Land Use and Forestry, work later recognised as a contribution to the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. From 2008 to 2023, he co-founded software firm Ecometrica, gaining experience of all stages of business development. Richard has also acted as an independent evaluator for several international climate finance programmes. In addition to leading Resilience Constellation, Richard acts as Chief Science Officer for EcoOnline, enjoys coffee and playing the double bass. He was awarded an MBE for services to climate change mitigation in 2022.
John Mayhew
John is our Chief Operating Officer, responsible for delivery of resilience products and services to our customers. He enjoys finding practical solutions to tricky problems and has played an important part in developing Resilience Constellation's Climate Resilience Ratings methodology. Over his career he has worked in both technical and management roles on climate change projects in agriculture, forest, energy and water sectors across South and South-East Asia, East Africa and Europe.
Nicole Imrie
Nicole is our Marketing executive with skills in digital marketing. With a recent BA (hons) in marketing with digital media, she brings a blend of creativity and strategic skills to the team. With prior experience of marketing within the finance industry, Nicole has a valuable understanding of target audiences and effective communication. Her role is dedicated to driving the growth and success of Resilience Constellation.

Andrew Shaw
Andy is our Satellite and Earth Observation Advisor, and works on our ESA-funded satellite project. He operates at the interface between commercial, government and research sectors. He has worked with a diverse client base, which includes the Satellite Applications Catapult, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), the Science and Tehcnology Facilities Council (STFC) and Centre for Food Security, based at the University of Reading.
Lorna Hudson
Lorna is one of our non-exec directors. She runs her own business called Individual Impact which works with companies such as William Grant, Coutts and University of St Andrews to help develop their people.
Her role at Resilience Constellation is to sense-check the direction of the business and to provide straight talking if and when required.
Mike Davidson
Mike is our Chief Financial Officer, experienced business advisor, mentor and strategist, with particular expertise in high growth owner-managed technology companies. He plays an active role in the not-for-profit sector and has built extensive experience in business planning, corporate finance, business valuation, exit strategies, financial reporting systems and tax strategies.
